- Orders placed after 5:00 PM IST will be processed the next working day.
- During peak seasons or sales, processing may take slightly longer.
2. Shipping Charges
- We offer Free Shipping across India on all prepaid orders.
- A small Cash on Delivery (COD) charge may apply (if enabled).
- Any applicable shipping charges will be displayed at checkout before payment.
3. Delivery Time
- Metro Cities: 3–5 business days
- Other Cities/Towns: 5–7 business days
- Remote Areas: 7–10 business days
Delivery timelines may vary depending on location, courier availability, or unforeseen delays.

5. Order Tracking
- Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking ID via SMS/Email/WhatsApp.

- Courier issues beyond our control

7. Incorrect Address / Failed Delivery
- Please ensure your shipping details are accurate.
- If delivery fails due to incorrect address or unavailability, re-shipping charges may apply.

- If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
- Share images/videos for quick resolution.
